Potty Training coming undone after 4 months!!!!

My daughter has been daytime potty trained since the 1st of January, shortly before her 2nd b-day (she wears a diaper at night). For the last 2 weeks she's been having multiple accidents per day, often peeing while sitting on our laps or on the furniture. This rarely happens in public, its mostly at home while she's having fun. She's trying to assert her independence & tells us "NO!" when we suggest a potty break. She's even gone so far as to sit on the potty w/out output & immediately pee afterwards. Pee is the only problem, she's still very good at telling us ahead of time about #2s & going to the potty.

I don't want her to feel bad about accidents, but its becoming ridiculous. I don't want to go back 4 months & put her back in diapers, but I'm running out of ideas. We originally rewarded her w/ M&M's for potty training, but had stopped those several weeks into it. We've gone back to the candy incentive, but it doesn't seem to be having an impact.

Also, the potty training was totally her idea. I don't feel we forced it on her at all. She just refused to wear a diaper one day & insisted on going to the potty. We stayed home for 3 days straight to be near the potty & she only had 1 accident in those first 3 days.

Please help!!!!! Our 2nd child is due in 4 weeks & I'd like to have this sorted out before hand.
